CNY Pilgrimage

In a somewhat desperate attempt to use this blog......

Time to discuss the usually undiscussed obligatory CNY trip back to Dazhong. Wee!

CNY holidays is on 18 and 19, a Sunday and a Monday respectively. It stands to reason that the school will host a pointless CNY celebration on Friday.
( Not quite pointless, it's a good excuse for early dismissal)

So, although this topic is usually forgone in favour of an unknown time for the gathering up to the person's discretion. I suppose this CAN be used to arrange something.

This is horribly pre-emptive, it won't happen for like, two weeks ( as of now)

But, then again, we all know what happens during late planning don't we Shujun? So, random replies not expected but will be appreciated. Now, all we need is for somebody to see this.....

here's the finalised thing for tmr alright?

we are meeting at 1pm.
destination most prob in town-somerset.
lunch is a buffet lunch.
after lunch, we will have a vote on where to go.

movie, bowling or pool?
movie as joel suggested - night at the museum.

for aidil, faiz and luqman, do call me after ur prayers so i can tell you where to meet us and stuff yeah?

and after all those, we will head down to joel's condo for bbq.
and according to joel it starts at 5pm.so yeah.
those ppl who can only make it for the bbq, pls turn up at 5pm (:

and note: do bring cash along (: yeah.
also, pls spread word to those ppl u are in contact with for me can?
cause apparently my dad deleted all contacts from my old ph and most of the nums i have are from my memory. so yeah. help me! thanks.

Shujun and I ended up posting at the same time resulting in a potential brain hemorrhages for some of you. Providing no more garble comes in. Here's the summary

Bring about $25. It's much more than needed (I think)

Meetup at somerset at 1, however plan to get there by 12.45, THEN you will get there at 1.
15 Min walk to Orchard Court Hotel
Lunch will be a $11.40 Buffet Net.

Bowling or Movie as the main course.

5 to 5:30 movie at my place

Joel here,

Well, after a great deal of planning, the itinerary is done. Thanks to everyone for taking time off your busy schedules to run around the town area acting like total idiots.

Okay, that isn't part of the plan, thought the bit about running about town is.

For starters, everyone that is going for lunch
(which is a rather small sum since the malays aren't coming and lots are only going for the barbeque)

It's at the orchard grand hotel, 10-15 mins from somerset.

Buffet all you can eat at S$11.40 pax
Thats cheaper than a soul garden or fish & Co. lunch.....whatever

Then we come to a dilemma while i would prefer a movie: Night at the Museum of something.
Other votes include bowling. I'll leave this open for debate, but, the default solution will be bowling.

Barbeque at my place about 5 - 5:30 until whenever.

That wasn't too hard o understand was it?

IRONY! For the heck of it, seeing that this IS worth a mention, the stingray for the barbeque comes straight from cheltton's dad!

Well, the long overdue 'class blog'.... woot.

Which brings to mind an important topic such as the fact that blogging has only been popularised recently, while the only ones 'blogging' per se three years ago were computer geeks. Also, the fact that three years ago, and now still, is still a lack of computer skills, to which i can safely conclude that no one three years ago could have done this.

With my expert knowledge i now conclude that the blog is indeed NOT overdue.

Now that the obligatory rant is over and you, the reader has actually stayed awake till now, it's on to more serious stuff.
